None of our Terms and Conditions affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer

Product Information

• Colours and sizes may vary slightly from those advertised on our website and we reserve the right to refuse returns if this is the case with an order
• We reserve the right to increase prices at any point before dispatch if necessary
• We are not liable for the use that customers may make of the information and content of our website or of other content which may be accessed via the website
• Whilst we express our most sincere apologies if it occurs, we are not accountable for any inconvenience caused by technical difficulties which may temporarily hamper the full working use of our website

Cancellations

• As a customer you have the right to cancel or amend your order within 7 days of your order being placed. It is to be noted that cancellation after this point cannot be accepted
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if we cannot fulfil its requirements and if any offered alternatives are not deemed acceptable to the customer

Lead Times

• We reserve the right to extend lead times advertised if required and if necessary so that we may fulfil the requirements of your order
• We reserve the right to temporarily suspend orders if the customer queries or wishes to change their mind (Providing this occurs within 7 days from the date of purchase) resulting in our lead times not being met as promised at time of order

Shipping

UK Mainland

• For orders under £40.00 carriage would be charged at £4.99
• For orders above £40.00 carriage would be free

UK Offshore & Ireland

• Ireland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Wight/ Man/ Skye, Scilly, Scottish Highlands and Islands
• Carriage would be charged at £14.95 for all orders

Europe

• France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Czech Republic
• Carriage is calculated on each order, due to limitations with our international courier we cannot guarantee all European order can / will be fulfilled.

Delivery

• We are able to dispatch orders from Monday through to Thursday only
• We are not accountable for nor do we accept any responsibility for any delay in delivery which is a result of factors including, but not limited to, the presence of bank holidays around the time of dispatch
• We reserve the right to hold any order until payment details have been obtained
• We are not accountable for any excess costs/ charges incurred as a result of the office being closed and thus determining the times between 17:30pm and 09:00am as well as all day Saturday and Sunday as being out of hours
• We are not responsible for any deliveries that are refused by the customer and in doing so the customer becomes solely responsible for their order
• Once an order has been successfully delivered, the customer assumes responsibility and we are not accountable for any damages which occur thereafter
• Acceptance of the delivery of goods will be deemed conclusive evidence of the customer’s acceptance of all conditions of sale outlined in these terms and conditions

Returns Policy

• If your order arrives damaged or if it is found to be that an error was made with the processing of your order by us then we will accept all responsibility providing we have notification 48hours after your delivery has been accepted. We will at that point either refund you for the amount you paid or send out a replacement in accordance with your requirements
• In this case proof of damage will be required for us to take further action. Appropriate methods of sending us evidence will be through the use of email and the post only. We reserve the right to refuse to take action if insufficient evidence is not provided
• A refund will be subject to the item/s being returned to us in original condition, that is unused, all labels intact and returned in original outer box. All lampshades must not be removed from their cellophane. A full refund will not be given if the item is not able to be sold again as new. The customer will be liable for the return of all items
• We reserve the right to refuse to uplift your incorrect order if we choose to do so and if this is the case then we would ask that you dispose of it as you wish
• Bespoke orders are non-returnable and non-refundable as a direct result of them being one-off, hand-made to order items. We therefore strongly advise customers to obtain necessary samples from us before purchasing bespoke items. If samples are sent to a customer who is not based on the UK Mainland then a charge of £3.50 will be added to their final order to cover the cost of postage
• If it is deemed that the customer has made a mistake in their order, yet we have fulfilled the order to the best of our knowledge then the order will be non-returnable and non-refundable and we reserve the right to enforce this
